I am ET, the world’s oldest living African Penguin and the oldest to have ever lived. I have lived a long and fulfilling life, outliving two mates and currently enjoying the company of my third, Einstein. Despite my old age, I am still quite feisty and love to swim. However, my age has also brought some challenges, including arthritis and blindness in one eye. Due to this, some of the younger penguins in our colony started to pick on me, so my keepers built me my own retirement area with a personal pool. I am grateful for the care and attention I receive from my human friends, and I continue to live my best life.
