My Story

Hello, darlings. I’m William, the most charming, confident, and flirtatious ambassador penguin you’ll ever meet! I thrive on meeting new people, exploring new places, and, most importantly, winning over every single guest I encounter. If there’s attention to be had, you better believe I’m working hard for it!

As a proud bachelor, I’ve got plenty of love to go around. While some of my fellow penguins prefer to stick close to their favorite keepers, I prefer to work the room, making sure every guest gets a little piece of my irresistible charm. And if I get the penguin zoomies, you’d better watch out! I take off running, flippers flapping at full speed, while my colony mates scramble to get out of the way of my antics.

I wasn’t always this social. When I was younger, I made the people work for my affection. But now? I’m all about sharing the love, especially when it helps inspire people to learn more about African penguins and the conservation efforts striving to protect us.
